Lead Development Representative (LDR) – Australia

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our go-to-market strategy, you’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting initiatives to generate high-quality opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Lead Development, Sales Development, or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and results-driven with a proven success in both inbound qualification and outbound prospecting (phone and email).
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Background in technology or industrial sector is an advantage.
