Join our exciting journey as an Operations Agent Part Time in Toronto, where you'll ensure operational safety and compliance with company-established standards. Monitor aircraft positions, supervise loading procedures, and detect deviations or unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Monitor the real-time positions of aircraft on the platform during arrival and departure phases.
• Supervise the compliance of operational procedures established for aircraft loading.
• Verify that a briefing is conducted between the loading team and ground operations team before the start of activities.
• Confirm that authorized cargo matches the physical cargo presented on the platform.
• Ensure compliance with the established operational sequence and times in the ground handling plan (turnaround).
• Detect, document, and report any operational deviations, unsafe conditions, or procedure non-compliance in a timely manner.
• Record photographic or video evidence in case of incidents, deviations, or other relevant situations.
• Participate in operational briefings at the start of each shift to be aware of flight programming and specific day conditions.
• Provide comprehensive passenger service at all touchpoints, ensuring quality service, efficient management of incidents (delays, cancellations, overbookings), and correct execution of land-based commercial and operational processes.
• Check-in/aboard requirements: Academic background: Technician/Technologist/Professional, desirable careers focused on aeronautical areas, airport operations, logistics, or related fields Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in platform operations or aeronautical areas. English level: B2 - indispensable Location of the vacancy: Toronto, Canada
