Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Mechanic - A&P to oversee the maintenance tasks in the service, repair, and overhaul of aircraft to ensure airworthiness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years' recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience and hold applicable Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Requirements
- Ensures all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines and company policies.
- Reviews required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenance updates and compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Leads the maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of, or approve and return to service, any aircraft, or part thereof, only for which that Lead is rated and has satisfactorily performed the work concerned at an earlier date.
