Learning Services Operations Manager

The Avid Customer Operations Team's charter is to drive operational efficiency and strategy to support the Global Customer Care, Customer Success, and Learning Services groups within the Avid Customer Team organization. The Learning Services Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing strategic operations of the Learning Services offerings.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning operations, customer education, customer support, or related fields.
• Experience managing or coordinating learning systems (LMS/LXP, testing platforms, content tools).
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience improving workflows or supporting team processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field
