We are looking for a Learning Services Operations Analyst I to support our training operations, own and optimize our Learning Management Systems, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
Requirements
- Support both internal and external customers with their learning needs
- Own and optimize Learning Management Systems (Dayforce Learning and Dayforce Training Portal)
- Collaborate to document actions and insights using Salesforce (SFDC)
- Meet and exceed service expectations, delivering timely and accurate support
- Drive innovation by identifying and recommending process improvements
