Job Description
We're seeking a VP, Global Controller to join our team at Avid Technology, a global leader in media technology solutions. As a senior accounting leadership role, you will own the full accounting operation globally and rebuild our accounting foundation. You will have direct access to the CFO and a mandate to drive change.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience as a controller in a PE-backed company
- Hands-on experience with ASC 606
- Demonstrated experience inheriting or rebuilding a broken or unreliable close process
- Experience managing global accounting teams and multi-jurisdictional statutory audits
