California Flat Water SUP Instructor

Join Avid4 Adventure as a California Flat Water SUP Instructor and empower kids to live active outdoor lifestyles through unique outdoor programming. As a role model, you will lead Standup paddleboarding, kayaking, and canoeing, while participating in other programming and demonstrating safety and customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp for all positions
• Must have a minimum of Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by the start of camp
• +1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred
• Experience in our core sports is highly preferred, but not required for all positions (required for Specialists)
• Must be eligible to drive and have a clean driving record (requirements vary depending on position)
• Specialized certifications eligible for end-of-season bonuses
