The Director of Talent Business Partners is responsible for aligning human capital strategy with business objectives across AvidXchange. The role leads a team of HR Business Partners and provides consultative guidance to business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of human resources experience with proven expertise advising and influencing senior leaders.
- Progressive HR experience with a focus on building and developing HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and employee relations.
- Exposure to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the last 3 years.
