We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support our Direct and Channel Sales teams. As a critical link between sales and clients, you will ensure seamless solution integration, exceptional service delivery, and strategic growth. Key responsibilities include consultative selling, client engagement, collaboration, solution expertise, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consultative solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role
- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship management abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities
- Fluency or strong proficiency in accounting processes, back office systems, and best practices for automation
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with payment platforms, APIs, and software solutions
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
