Senior Vendor Relationship Manager

The Senior Vendor Relationship Manager establishes and maintains third-party relationships to produce efficient, high-quality operational results. The role involves evaluating strategic alignment, health, and scalability of current and potential future third-parties, developing strong relationships with internal customers and third-party counterparts, and monitoring performance to ensure contractual service levels are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
• Exemplary business partnership and organizational management skills
• Proficiency in managing escalations, working cross-functionally to achieve resolution, and takes pride in helping others succeed
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize with strong attention to detail
• Strong intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
