Director of HR

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment.

Requirements

• Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel to meet organizational staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with all employment statutes and regulations
• Oversee wage administration, employee benefits, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes
• Develop, implement, and manage training and development programs for staff
• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to promote positive employee relations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making
• Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and industry best practices
