Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Rooms Leadership team and provides service to guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy. He/she is responsible for setting the standard for guest relations and performing front desk duties.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in a related field (helpful)
- Previous supervisory responsibility (preferred)
