Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook
- Able to read and write English (ESL)
- Excellent culinary skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to Learn and accept constructive feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
- Assist in training staff in the operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Perform any other duties as requested by management
