Learning Specialist

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to support training delivery across field locations, assist with onboarding and role-based training, and reinforce continuous learning on the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders
• Experience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learn
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
