We're looking for a Learning Specialist to support training delivery across field locations, assisting with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- Support and assist with onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers
- Assist with onboarding and new hire training at the location level
- Coordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locations
- Facilitate instructor-led training
- Observe employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedback
- Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needs
- Assist in tracking training participation and completion
- Collect training feedback and share field insights with the learning team
