Job Description
Aviso Wealth is seeking a Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of requests for registered plan products within the CIRO platforms, and will work closely with various teams to ensure that registrations, contributions, and withdrawals meet regulatory deadlines.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate with a focus on quality assurance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge and experience of Dataphile is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset and is strongly preferred
