Registered Plans Administrator

Aviso Wealth is seeking a Registered Plans Administrator to join their Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing requests for registered plan products within the CIRO platforms. The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Pro-active problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills
• Outstanding customer service focus
• Extremely detail oriented and accurate with a focus on quality assurance
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge and experience of Dataphile is an asset
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
• Ability to work EST standard hours
