The successful candidate will be responsible for processing requests for registered plan products within the CIRO platforms. The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate with a focus on quality assurance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge and experience of Dataphile is an asset
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
- Ability to work EST standard hours
