Consultant Learning & Development, Temporary

Aviso is seeking a Bilingual Consultant, Learning & Development for a 3-month contract to customize and produce digital learning experiences. The role involves working with the Learning & Development team to create effective digital learning assets and partner with SMEs and stakeholders to confirm learning goals and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• 5 years of consistent, hands-on experience in adult education or a related field
• Adult Education certification/accreditation or an equivalent post-secondary education
• High-level communication and consulting skills
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French
