Job Description
Aviso is looking for a Manager, Business Performance Analytics to join their Business Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective and consistent reporting, including reporting to manage risks and issues while improving team communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business and/or financial administration is preferred
- 2-3 years financial services experience is required
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing and exceptional client experience
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues, understand the business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, and bilingual skills in French are an asset
