Sales Associate

Sales Associate role at Aviso, a leading wealth management organization, to assist the sales team in achieving sales targets, working closely with Investment Advisors, and handling various tasks such as event coordination, data integrity, and reporting.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year experience in a coordinator or sales support position
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC Operations course
• An interest and curiosity in capital markets
• Strong computer skills including the MS Office suite of application
• Salesforce experience ideal
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues
• Team player with a passion for Responsible Investing; expectation is to complete RIS designation
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
