Aviso is a leading wealth management organization seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to oversee sales incentive compensation and design effective sales incentive programs across all business lines. The role requires a strong finance background, experience in sales incentive program design, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or Accounting (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of experience designing, communicating and administering sales incentive programs across multiple sales functions
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) is an asset
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically in asset management and investment management is an asset
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
