The role is responsible for overseeing sales incentive compensation at Aviso, designing and implementing incentive compensation plans, and partnering with sales, finance, and people teams to establish streamlined processes and effective incentive programs.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or Accounting (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of experience designing, communicating and administering sales incentive programs across multiple sales functions
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) is an asset
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically in asset management and investment management is an asset
