Strong product experience, market trends, innovation, and regulatory developments, people leadership, communication skills, and relevant regulatory knowledge

Qualified accountant with experience in cost control and financial reporting, and proven experience working with overseas and cross-border operations

2-5 years of experience in regulated asset management, Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or equivalent

Relevant degree, CFA or CAIA qualification, strong knowledge of asset classes, and experience building working relationships

Substantial experience in market risk, buy-side firm/ Asset Management industry and ability to lead, manage and train a team of risk managers and analysts

Proven track record in managing passive and enhanced-index equity portfolios, deep understanding of equity instruments, and confidence to challenge established processes

Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or industry equivalent, experience in Project Management, and external audit experience

5+ years of experience in product strategy, regulatory knowledge, and product structuring

English law qualified solicitor with experience in an external law firm or in-house legal function. Ability to contribute to major projects and negotiate with third parties
