Finance Manager – Global Cost position based in London, responsible for reporting, analysis, and challenge of the Aviva Investors cost base. The role involves driving continuous improvement in finance processes and realising efficiencies. A qualified accountant with experience in cost control and financial reporting is required.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience supporting the month-end close and delivering accurate global Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting
- Experience working with offshore finance teams and preparing management information (MI) and financial reports
- Proven experience working with overseas and cross-border operations, including analysis and interpretation of international financial data flows and dependencies
- Experience calculating, reconciling and supporting global incentive arrangements, including Bonus Deferral Plans and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs)
