Senior Compliance Manager

Senior Compliance Manager role within the Luxembourg Compliance function, supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring effective regulatory compliance, governance and conduct.

Requirements

• Provide senior support within Luxembourg Compliance, including acting as Deputy to the Chief Compliance Officer where required, and representing Compliance in senior forums and committees.
• Oversee key compliance activities, including compliance monitoring, regulatory change, risk identification, escalation and remediation.
• Deliver trusted senior level advice on investment compliance, product governance, delegation, conduct risk and AML/KYC matters.
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory and assurance interactions, including engagement with the CSSF, internal and external audit, Group Compliance, and oversight of delegates and outsourced service providers.
