The Director, HRIS & People Analytics is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Avnet’s HRIS and people analytics capabilities, ensuring effective use of HR technology and workforce data to drive data-driven decisions, improve employee experience, and support business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with HR leadership, IT, finance, and business stakeholders
