Our client is an independent games development studio founded in 2008 in Southeast Asia. They are a game tech focused studio with both internal OIP (Original Intellectual Property) and external co-development tracks. They build games over multiple platforms, primarily focused on Windows Desktop PC (Unreal Engine). Their flagship and breakout is a fully serviced live operational squad based multiplayer PvP (Player-Versus-Player) 5v5 (Five-Versus-Five) FPS (First-Person-Shooter) and RTS (Real-Time-Strategy) hybrid action combat game launched in 2021.
Requirements
- Experience in 3D Software (Pixologic ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
- Experience in 2D Software (Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, Designer etc.)
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4, and or 5 (and above)
- Experience in Version Control Software (SVN, Git, Perforce, etc.)
- Experience in Game Art Asset Pipeline (High-Poly, Low-Poly, Baking, etc.)
- Experience in Traditional and or Agile work environments and methodologies
- Proficiency in Human and Creature Anatomy, Hard-Surface and Organic Sculpting
- Good observational skills and keen attention to detail in replicating concepts into 3D assets
- Ability to understand complex multi-state design(s) for assets needing animation
- Ability to self assess, profile, improve, and optimize in-game 3D assets
- Knowledgeable in a typical game development cycle
- Is Proficient in English, verbal and written
