Our client is a fast-growing retail company specializing in mother and baby products, managing multiple well-known brands. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic collaborations, partnership development, and innovative programs.
Requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by aligning the company’s strengths with market and partner needs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to determine brand positioning and uncover new opportunities.
- Create and implement partnership programs or business packages to attract potential brands or merchants.
- Approach and acquire new brands or clients, leading the end-to-end negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Prepare and review cooperation agreements in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Oversee product onboarding and ensure partner products are launched on e-commerce platforms according to schedule.
- Monitor ongoing partnership performance and ensure activities align with business plans and sales targets.
- Support business events and Expo activities, acting as a sales representative to help achieve sales goals.
