Founding Robotics Hardware Engineer for a robotics startup revolutionizing manufacturing through dexterous robotic automation. Responsible for hands-on execution, building, testing, and integrating robotic hardware from concept to repeatable systems. Collaborate with the Founding Robotics Hardware Architect to iterate and refine hardware, working closely with the engineering team to bring innovative solutions to market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering, preferably in robotics or mechatronics
• Strong understanding of robotics, hardware, and mechatronics engineering principles
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iteration on incomplete designs
• Methodical and low-ego approach to collaborative prototyping and resolving tradeoffs
