Job Description
The Company is a modern medicine brand with a Finnish success formula, operating in Germany with one location in Fulda and 10 locations in the West Palatinate region. They are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support to employees and managers, handle payroll-related inquiries, and develop HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Human Resource Management
- Solid generalist experience (at least 2-4 years) in human resources
- Expertise in labor, contract, and social security law
- Fluency in both English and German is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with a payroll program (ideally DATEV Lohn & Gehalt) is desirable; knowledge of Workday HRIS would be advantageous
