HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Würzburg, Germany. As a key member of our Human Resources & Organization unit, you will be responsible for various HR-related processes, including personnel planning, recruitment, and talent management. You will also be responsible for cooperation with the employer association and works council, and ensuring the legally compliant implementation of collective bargaining agreements and works constitution law.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and experience
• Long-standing relevant professional experience or completed studies (BWL, Psychology, Law)
• Good knowledge of labor law, taxes, and social security
• Strategic thinking and solution-oriented working method
• Outstanding social competence, people skills, and communication skills
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and organizational talent
