Job Description
At Avon, we're inspired by our community of passionate women and invite others to join us. We're seeking a Manager for the Beauty Sourcing and Planning team to promote cost savings, develop supplier relationships, and improve the supply base.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing Beauty products
- 5+ years professional experience in sourcing and procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Change management experience
- Process design and improvement experience
