Job Description
Benchmark Human Services is hiring Case Managers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and guardians to make and evaluate their own decisions and live as independently as possible.
Requirements
- Must complete core competency training required by the State
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Must live in the state of VT
- Minimum of 1 year working in a similar position
