Job Description
Benchmark Human Services is hiring Case Managers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and guardians. The Case Manager will provide resources and support to help the individual be included in society, live independently and function at their maximum potential.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Must live in the state of VT
- Minimum of 1 year working in a similar position
- Travel up to 75%
- Knowledge of Vermont's public service system of developmental disabilities services and brain injury services
