Awardco Engage Sales Strategist

Awardco is seeking an Awardco Engage Sales Strategist to partner with the sales organization on complex enterprise and mid-market opportunities, serving as a subject matter expert on employee engagement and listening.

Requirements

• I/O Psychology or Behavioural Science qualification with a deep understanding of Employee Engagement and driver metrics.
• Experience in selling or managing the sales process of employee listening solutions, with preferred experience at a global employee survey provider.
• Strong understanding of the Employee Engagement industry and competitive landscape
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or internal HR capacity.
• Proven presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
