Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven success managing 20–30 B2B accounts with ACVs of $70K–$150K
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ChurnZero (or a similar CS platform), and Google Workspace
