Awardco is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that shape the company's growth, leadership, and excellence. The ideal candidate will own learning programs from strategy through execution, ensuring content, delivery, and measurement align to business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 3-5 years of applied experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design
- Proven experience designing programs end-to-end and facilitating live training
- Strong instructional design foundation (needs analysis → objectives → design → evaluation)
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication
- Project management across multiple initiatives
- Experience with content authoring tools like Articulate and LMS platforms such as Workday Learn
- Familiarity with training evaluation and impact models (e.g., Kirkpatrick)
