Learning and Development Partner

We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team in the U.S. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for facilitating engaging workshops, designing impactful learning experiences, managing key aspects of the training function, and coaching individuals to perform at their peak.

Requirements

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills – ability to lead engaging and interactive workshops.
• Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies, experience with Workday a plus.
• Ability to coach individuals to help them overcome obstacles and challenges and reach their professional goals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global L&D teams.
• Individual coaching experiences a big plus.
