We're looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to join Awardco's Sales team as a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales Development. In this role, you'll own the performance, culture, and growth of our outbound SDR organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales or business development experience, with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing outbound SDR or BDR teams
- A true builder's mindset — experienced in creating and scaling outbound processes, programs, and team culture from the ground up
- Strong command of outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social selling — and the ability to coach others to excellence in each channel
- Fluent in AI tools and how to integrate them into sales workflows to drive efficiency and results
