Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for administering company policies, monitoring productivity, and controlling activities of warehouse personnel. They must also take precautions to protect warehouse contents and retain and review specific warehouse documents and reports.
Requirements
- Supervise warehouse employees
- Responsible for the productive, timely and quality shipment and/or receiving of all products
- Increase production and effectively utilize the workforce
- Hire, train, develop, recognize, and evaluate the performance of all employees
- Enforcement and education of company safety, sanitation, security and standards of operation
- Administer disciplinary action per divisional policies and procedures
