Job Description
AWI Engineering is seeking a Controls Engineer to modify electrical design, PLC programming, HMI programming, start-up and troubleshooting of automation control systems for high-speed servo packaging machinery.
Requirements
- Review customer specifications
- Modify existing electrical schematics and parts lists to meet requirements and specifications
- Provide engineering support during installation of system or retrofit
- Assist in verification and validation of the system
- Ensure project is completed on schedule and meets customer requirements
- Responsible for technical support for Sales (customers), Purchasing (vendors), Assembly, and Service
