Certified Traffic Control Technician

We're seeking a Certified Traffic Control Technician to join our team at AWP Safety. As a Senior Protector, you'll support and uphold our core values and mission to protect our customers' people, businesses, and time. You'll control movement of vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic through work zones using hand signals with a STOP/SLOW Paddle, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification or 2000+ verifiable hours
• High School Diploma or GED completion
• Prior experience in temporary traffic control services, utility industry, or construction industry
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems
• Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation
• At least 18 years old
