Field Supervisor

AWP Safety is a leading traffic control specialist seeking a Field Supervisor to uphold its core values of Ownership, Trust, and Teamwork. The role will support EHS initiatives, lead a team of 30+ protectors, and develop relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a business-related field (plus)
• High School Diploma or GED completion
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience and building teams with 20+ team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems
