Job Description
Axe is building the AI operating system for the physical economy and is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role (ideally in SaaS)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with customers
- High ownership mindset — you care deeply about customer outcomes
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Experience with CRM or customer success tools
