Job Description
This Nurse Practitioner position is part of a collaborative agreement with a physician at AxessPointe Community Health Center, Inc. NP/PA will provide quality primary and behavioral health services to adults, children and families in a holistic manner. The role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, providing health maintenance and wellness exams, and promoting patient and family centered care.
Requirements
- Board certification from ANCC/NCCPA or other valid NP/PA accreditation with a focus in family medicine (all ages)
- Licensed in the state of Ohio
- Current DEA Registration
- Compliance with API’s Written Standards
