Job Description
NURSE PRACTITIONER positions with the AxessPointe Community Health Center in Northeast Ohio are available as part of a collaborative arrangement. The NP/PA will provide primary medical and behavioral health services to adults, children, and families within a collaborative approach to patient care. Supervision is provided by a Medical Director or Designee.
Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE of principles and practices of preventative medicine.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to medicine and public health.
- Formal MSN-NP/ PA training and certification in the state of Ohio to practice medicine.
- Current DEA Registration
- Compliance with API's Written Standards, including API's Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct.
