Metal Fab Manager

Axiom Custom Products is seeking a Metal Fab Manager to lead and elevate metal fabrication operations, overseeing day-to-day operations, planning and scheduling production, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to exacting quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, including MIG and TIG welding
• Strong background in metal fabrication, including technical drawings
• Leadership experience and technical mastery
• Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
• Ability to motivate and develop a team, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
