We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Philadelphia with strong energy experience to work with large companies. This role involves tackling complex legal challenges on a global scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
• Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
• Experience working on leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, property management and LL/T disputes
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
