Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaker)

We are seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaking) for Fortune 500 clients. The role involves working with clients remotely to provide legal support focusing on the Japanese market, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, and developing and implementing commercial marketplace contracts.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years legal experience
• Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Japan legal qualification preferred but open to all jurisdictions
• Able to write and draft in Japanese and English
