Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Mandarin-Speaking) for global clients, including Fortune 500 clients. The role involves working with clients remotely and providing legal support, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years’ of PQE, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Prior work experience with clients in China is an advantage
- Able to write and draft in Chinese and English
